Pinch-zoom is never disabled

You can zoom any page on any device. Nothing on this site blocks it.

Body copy is 21px, and 18px is a hard floor

There is no small print here. Legal text, table labels and photo captions are all set at a size you can read at arm's length.

One typeface, chosen for its 1, l and I

Schibsted Grotesk gives the capital I a serif and the lowercase l a tail, so the three characters that matter most in a phone number, a member ID and a model number cannot be confused at arm's length.

Contrast meets WCAG AA

All body text and interactive elements are tested against their actual backgrounds, not assumed.

Every image has a real alt attribute

Including the credential badges, so a screen reader announces what each one says.

Keyboard navigable throughout

Visible focus rings, a skip link, and no keyboard traps.

Motion respects your settings

If your device requests reduced motion, animation is switched off rather than reduced.

Tap targets are at least 44px on a touch screen

Every button and link is 44px tall or more on a phone or tablet, and never below 24px on a desktop, which is the WCAG 2.2 level AA minimum. Measured on all 52 pages, not assumed.

There is no form to fight with

We removed the contact form. Every route to us is a phone number, a fax number or an email link, so nothing here depends on filling in fields correctly.

Semantic headings in order

One H1 per page, with a logical heading structure beneath it for screen readers.
