Which one do you need?
Start with what happened, not with the catalog. Each of these pages compares the options side by side and says which one suits which situation.
-
For someone coming home from the hospital or a rehabilitation center who needs to sleep with the head raised or get in and out of bed safely. Semi-electric $250 a week, fully electric $350. The only difference is whether the head end is cranked by hand or raised on the control.
Hospital bed rental in Orlando -
For distances walking will not cover, like a hospital appointment or a visitor who tires quickly. A standard chair is $100 a week, a bariatric chair with a wider seat $150, a child's chair $75. Seat width and weight decide it, so measure first.
Wheelchair rental -
For a broken foot or ankle, or foot surgery, when weight has to stay off one leg. $75 a week or $200 for the month. Easier to control than crutches, and both hands stay free.
Knee scooter rental -
For someone who can walk but needs something steady and a seat to stop and rest on. A standard rollator is $100 a week; the upright model with forearm supports is $150, and so is the bariatric frame.
Walker and rollator rental -
For moving someone between bed, chair and commode without lifting them by hand. A full-sling patient lift ($125 a week) is for someone who cannot bear weight; a sit-to-stand lift ($200) is for someone who can bear some.

How renting works
-
Step 1
Call and tell us what changed
Who it is for, the dates, where it will be used, and the discharge date if there is one. You do not need to know the model.
-
Step 2
You hear the cost before delivery
We check your benefits if a plan is paying, or confirm the published rate if you are paying yourself. Either way you know the cost before anything leaves the store.
-
Step 3
We deliver it assembled
It goes into the room where it will be used, and we show whoever is doing the caring how it works before we leave.
-
Step 4
Call us when you are done
We arrange collection. Delivery and pickup are available at an additional cost.
Helpful to have ready
The delivery address and dates, the person's height and weight for sizing, the doorway widths if it is a bed or a lift, and whether there are stairs at the entrance. Not sure what you need? Describe the situation and we will work it out with you.
How it works, start to finishRent or buy?
Rent it
When the need has an end date: a recovery, or a few weeks while you wait on a repair or a chair of your own. The rate is published and the deposit is refundable.
If a plan is paying
Some equipment, hospital beds and patient lifts among it, is billed by Medicare as a monthly rental rather than bought outright. What your plan pays for depends on your doctor's documentation, so we check it before delivery.
