Patient lift rental in Orlando
A full-sling patient lift is $125 a week. A sit-to-stand lift is $200. Both delivered, assembled and demonstrated before we leave.
Nobody rents a lift for the person in the bed. They rent it for whoever is doing the lifting, usually after a back has already been hurt or a transfer has already gone wrong. Both rates are below.

Work out which rate you want before you call
Weekly is not always cheaper than monthly, and the crossover is sooner than most people expect. On the patient lift, the monthly rate costs less than weekly once you pass about 3.6 weeks.
Recovery almost always runs longer than the first estimate. If there is any chance of a second month, ask for the monthly rate at the start.
- Delivery and pickup are available at an additional cost.

Mobility & Bathroom Safety Aids we supplyFull-sling lift or sit-to-stand?
This is the one decision on the site that is genuinely clinical, and it turns on a single question: can the person bear weight through their legs at all?
$125 / week
Patient Lift
A sling takes the person's full weight, so a transfer between bed, chair and commode can be done safely without lifting them by hand.
Choose it when
- Someone who cannot bear weight
- Protecting a caregiver's back
- Bed, chair and commode transfers
$200 / week
Sit to Stand Lift
The person holds the handles and the lift brings them from sitting to standing, so one caregiver can manage a transfer that would otherwise take two.
Choose it when
- Bed to chair transfers
- One caregiver at home
- Someone who can bear weight but not stand alone
A sit-to-stand lift is for someone who has some strength left. They hold the handles, put weight through their feet, and the lift brings them up into standing so they can be moved to a chair or a commode. It keeps them participating in the transfer, which matters more than it sounds for both dignity and muscle.
A full-sling patient lift is for someone who cannot bear weight. A sling goes under them and the lift takes their whole weight. It is the safe answer when the alternative is a caregiver lifting a person by hand, which is how most caregiver back injuries happen.
If you are not sure which side of that line someone falls on, do not guess and do not order from this page. Ask the physical therapist, the discharge planner or the home health nurse, and then call us. We will also demonstrate the lift with the caregiver before we leave, because a lift nobody is confident using ends up in the corner of the room.
How it actually gets there
- Delivered assembled and ready to use
- Placed in the room where it will be used
- Caregiver walkthrough before we leave
- Delivery and pickup available at an additional cost
It arrives assembled on our own van, goes into the room you want it in, and nobody leaves until whoever is doing the caring has worked it themselves.
We deliver across Central Florida. Same-day delivery is available on qualifying items — whether this one qualifies on the day depends on stock and where you are, which is the first thing we check on the phone.
