Wheelchair rental in Orlando
A standard manual wheelchair is $100 a week, a bariatric one $150 and a child's chair $75. Delivered assembled, with the footrests fitted.
Most wheelchair rentals are short: a recovery, a visitor who cannot manage distances, a few weeks between one thing and the next. Every rate below is the real one and there is no quote to wait for.

Work out which rate you want before you call
Weekly is not always cheaper than monthly, and the crossover is sooner than most people expect. On the pediatric wheelchair, the monthly rate costs less than weekly once you pass about 3 weeks.
Recovery almost always runs longer than the first estimate. If there is any chance of a second month, ask for the monthly rate at the start.

A reinforced chair with a wider seat, for anyone a standard wheelchair does not safely support. Call us with the seat width you need.

Pediatric Wheelchair
A child-sized manual wheelchair, so a smaller rider is not swimming in an adult frame. Tell us your child's age, height and weight when you call and we will confirm it is the right fit before we deliver.
Choose it when
- A child recovering from surgery or a fracture
- Getting to school, appointments or outings
- A chair that fits a child rather than an adult
A standard manual wheelchair has a seat around eighteen inches across and is built for a rider up to 300 pounds. A bariatric chair is wider through the seat and reinforced with a double crossbar in the frame. Weigh and measure before you choose. A chair that is too narrow is painful within an hour, and a chair rated below its rider is a genuine safety problem rather than a comfort one.
The other question nobody asks until the chair arrives is who is doing the pushing. A standard manual chair has large rear wheels with hand rims so the rider can move themselves. If the plan is for somebody else to push at all times, say so on the phone and we will talk you through whether a transport chair suits you better.
For a child, ask for the pediatric chair rather than the smallest adult one. Tell us their age, height and weight and we will confirm the fit before it goes out.
If you are unsure on either count, call and describe the situation rather than guessing from a page. We would rather send the right chair first than swap it out on day two.

It arrives assembled on our own van, goes into the room you want it in, and nobody leaves until whoever is doing the caring has worked it themselves.
We deliver across Central Florida. Same-day delivery is available on qualifying items — whether this one qualifies on the day depends on stock and where you are, which is the first thing we check on the phone.
